Nali Simukulwa

I'm Nali Simukulwa, a freelance writer, journalist and copyeditor from Liverpool. I specialise in LGBTQ+ issues, culture and personal essays. My work appears in both print and digital across publications including The i Paper, gal-dem and GAY TIMES.

I also write fiction and was awarded the 2021 Louis Macneice Prize for creative writing for my short story Babysitting. I am also currently studying English and French at the University of Oxford.
